Ah, the humble corset.  Welcome to our world!  Do we love a good, well fitted one?  Yes we do!  These little fashion numbers have been around for many years and will be for many more.  Corsets can give you a much needed confidence boost; liven up your bedroom and even give you a new sense of fashion you never thought possible.  Forget the old world view that corsets have little place in today’s world, things have moved on.  Corsets are worn the world over, not to make your waist as thin as possible (although some do wear them for this purpose) but as a major piece of main line clothing that distinguishes a persons sense of fashion to that of individual taste.  There are many, many different types of corsets out there and we think it’s a bit exciting getting out and taking a look what’s on offer.

Here some major tips when thinking about buying or wearing a corset:

  • Tip 1 – Make sure you get the right corset!  Have you got the right size?  Right style?  Is it comfortable?
  • Tip 2 – Don’t wear corsets it an unhealthy way – we can’t tell you what to do but wear a corset wrong, without training, and you could hurt yourself – you have been warned!
  • Tip 3 – Corsets can be sexy, powerful and more.  Wear a corset for the mood you want to convey!  Such as with Steampunk Corsets.

If you get the right shape, style and wear one well they will last you years and you can show off to all and sundry your uber style sense.  Let’s make something clear here – corsets are not for everyone!  Not everyone wears them well, for the right purpose or in the right way.  We have seen people wear them when they are just the wrong size or just look bad.  You don’t have to spedn a fortune to get the right one, just spend and shop wisely!
